Welcome to Chri’s weight loss project

Summer is approaching and with it the time to shop for cool, colorful, awesome pieces of fashion, including shorts, bikinis and a lot more.

As at the moment I weigh something like 78kg, I do not feel bikini ready at all … not even in my dreams.  Aiming to lose about 15kg and having a weight of under 65kg.

I will be posting my weight daily, together with my meals, and workouts on a daily basis, and photos on a fairly regular basis.

    You should keep your body active and busy, while using more energy than consuming. Chicken breast with salad really works as lunch and something light for dinner. Stay away from anything that is calorie heavy like sweets, chocolate and cake. leave these for only once a week. I like keeping them for a Saturday. Excersice regularly helps you a lot but also if you don’t like excersising, try doing it in every day chores like walking fast to go to work or use your car less often or say only for long distances.
